As an HVAC Service Technician at AllTech, you are trusted to diagnose, repair, and optimize residential HVAC systems—including high-efficiency and emerging technologies—with precision and professionalism.

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience

• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal); NATE preferred

• Strong troubleshooting skills with heat pumps, air handlers, duct systems, and controls

• Confidence working independently and representing the company in the field

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments
